Synopsis:
Girlhood is a poetic and experimental audiovisual short film that constructs an intimate portrait of female adolescence through memory, friendship and nostalgia. Built around a voice-over in the form of a poem, the piece brings together a series of visual fragments that evoke sensations, memories and emotional states associated with growing up.

The project explores the construction of female identity from a sensory perspective, where the everyday, the bodily and the emotional intertwine with contemplative imagery. The relationship between the protagonists is presented as a space of shared intimacy, in which the experience of being young is shaped through gestures, glances and moments suspended in time.

Far from a traditional linear narrative, Girlhood proposes a fragmented structure that mirrors the workings of memory, where reality and imagination become blurred. The piece thus becomes an audiovisual exploration of femininity, the passage of time and the emotional imprint of adolescence.
